Soft Glam and Full Face Beat: the cancellation or no-show fee is £40 in October and November, and £30 at other times.

1-2-1 lessons

Personal tuition. All makeup and brushes provided, available at home or mobile. Lessons run Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. These do not include accredited qualifications such as BTEC or diplomas.

Policies

Deposits and bookings

A £20 non-refundable deposit secures every booking and is deducted from your final balance. The deposit is paid by bank transfer.

Cancellations and no-shows

48+ hours notice: deposit can move to a new date. Under 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable. Same-day cancellation or no-show: £30 fee. From 1 October to 30 November this rises to £40 for all Soft Glam and Full Face Beat services. Emergencies with valid evidence are considered case by case.

Arrival and timing

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you are 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled with loss of deposit. A £5 late fee may apply for every 10 minutes after start time. Extra time costs £10 per 30 minutes.

Final payment

The remaining balance is cash only, paid at the time of service.

Hygiene and safety

All tools and products are sanitised between clients. Please arrive with fresh, clean skin. For sensitive skin you can provide your own foundation or concealer.

Photos and social

With your permission, Mela may take before and after photos for her portfolio. Names and identities are never published without consent.
